- Does anyone have any experience with running the 68360 at +3.3V over
- extended temperature? In particular, -40C to +85C? Motorola has data
- that shows that it works ok at +3.3V over commercial temp (0-70C), but
- they're not so sure about extended temp. In fact, Motorola says that
- some of the other 683xx processors do not work properly under those
- conditions. The on-chip PLL has trouble, and they recommend using an
- external oscillator. We'll probably do that with the 68360 as well, but
- we're concerned that there might be other problems besides the PLL. Any
- help or comments would be appreciated.
